She is a woman of God, a wife, a mother, a grandmother, an educator, a speaker, a gardener, a tea maker, a community builder, a middle sister with all the energy that comes with it and somehow she makes it all feel like one cohesive, Spirit-led life.

Before anything else, Lola is a woman of faith.

She has served in ministry for more than 30 years as a teacher, intercessor, youth leader, elder, and speaker. Her faith does not stay inside the church walls. It shows up in the garden. It shows up in the classroom. It shows up in the community. It shows up here.

With more than 28 years in education, community engagement, and empowerment, Lola has spent the better part of three decades helping people recognize what they are capable of. She has stood in classrooms, on stages, in community centers, and on Zoom calls and her message has always been the same: you can do more than you think.

For 15 years Lola has been growing food in containers in whatever space she had available. She started because she wanted her family to be more self-sufficient. She kept going because something happens when you put a seed in the dirt and watch it become something you can feed your family with. She teaches container gardening, food preservation, herb growing, healing teas, and practical self-sufficiency skills to everyday women who want to do more for themselves and the people they love.

Lola is a speaker, workshop facilitator, and community builder who has taught and led in spaces ranging from faith communities to educational institutions to her own live events. She brings warmth, honesty, and a gift for making people feel capable rather than overwhelmed.

From herbal teas to garden planners, workbooks, and online courses, Lola creates resources that give her community practical tools they can use right now.
